The French Institute of International Relations (IFRI)
Founded in 1979 on the model of Anglo-Saxon think tanks, IFRI is France's leading independent research and debate institute dedicated to the analysis of international issues and global governance.
Arquus funds research studies within the Defence Research Laboratory (LRD) of the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) and is part of the steering committee where research themes are determined.

The Musée de l'Armée, under the supervision of the Ministry of the Armed Forces, has the mission of providing its visitors with a better knowledge of the military history of France.
Since 2018, Arquus and the Musée de l'Armée have collaborated on several events and exhibitions. Building on this history, the aim is to continue this partnership by continuing to develop numerous joint projects around the promotion of heritage and the transmission of values dear to both parties.
In 2022 and 2023, Arquus has become a major sponsor of the Special Forces exhibition at the Musée de l'Armée.
The Jeunes IHEDN
The Jeunes IHEDN are the first European and generational association on commitment, defence and security issues.
The association's aim is to develop the spirit of defence and commitment in order to deepen knowledge of it, particularly among young people, notably by means of educational, cultural and pedagogical actions.
Also to participate in the national reflection on the stakes of defence and national security, international relations and sovereignty in all its expressions and as such to be a force of proposal with the competent institutions in the matter
In 2022, Arquus has therefore decided to enter into a three-year partnership to support The Jeunes IHEDN in its action.
In 2022, Arquus actively participated in the association's 25th anniversary Gala as a sponsor.
The Saint-Cyr Fondation
Created in 2006, the Saint-Cyr Fondation (FSC), which is recognised as being of public utility, aims to promote research within the Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy (AMSCC) and the Defence sector and to encourage the influence of the armed forces through an increased partnership with companies and civil society players.
Since its creation 15 years ago, it can boast a particularly rich record (7 research chairs, 5 of which are ongoing, 20 scientific projects, 100 symposiums, seminars and conferences). Arquus has been working with the FSC for several years to strengthen the links between the civilian and military spheres by discovering what they can bring to each other.
L'Ecole de Guerre
The mission of the École de guerre is to train the decision-makers of tomorrow to act in a world in crisis. Its values of high standards and excellence make it a reference and a vector of influence for France at the international level. A true school of command, the École de guerre enables officers to acquire the skills necessary for access to the most demanding functions.
Arquus is therefore a partner of the Ecole de Guerre in various ways, notably in 2022 by organising the Gala of the graduating class. In addition, some of our employees, such as engineers, have access to the school as auditors. We encourage this approach to instil the culture and spirit of Defence in our managers and high potentials.
