Whistleblowing system
An internal whistleblowing system enables the ARQUUS and John Cockerill Group employees to report any breaches of the Code of Conduct, particularly in relation to the prevention of corruption and influence peddling. Furthermore, it also covers a wider range of issues that fall within the scope of French legislation on duty of care.
Reporting channels :
- Internal channel :
- Employees can report concerns directly to their line manager, Human Resources department, the Legal team or the Compliance team.
- Alternatively, employees and third parties (suppliers, partners and customers) have the option to use the following address : [email protected].
- Anonymous reports are alors possible through the secure and independently tool: alert system.
All reports are handled independently and with strict confidentiality to protect the identity of the whistleblower.
The system ensures that employees and third parties can report issues without fear of retaliation, promoting a safe and open environment for raising concerns.
- External channels: by contacting a competent authority; under French law, there is no priority between internal and external channels, and it is possible to report through either of them.
- Public disclosure: This is possible, particularly through the press, if internal or external channels are ineffective.
